All of our loaves are crafted with just four simple ingredients: high-quality flour, salt, pure water, and our very own sourdough starter. We proudly do not include any additives or preservatives, ensuring that each loaf is as natural and wholesome as possible.

Each loaf is weighted at around 950g before baking and about 1.4lbs - 2lbs after baking
